School Requirements for Underclassmen
Students in the Classes of 2022, 2023, and 2024 need a total of 22 credits to graduate from Mount View High School. After the Class of 2024, the requirements changed so students the Class of 2025 and beyond now need 24 credits to graduate. Those requirements include 4 English Language Arts, 3 Social Studies, 3.5 Mathematics, 3.5 Science and Technology, 1 visual and Performing Arts, 1 Health, and .5 of a Career Education. The remaining 6.5 credits may be selected by the student on the basis of his or her interests for extra classes.
